Frequently asked questions
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia-wide. Orders are shipped by courier, so please provide a business or street address where someone will be present between 9am–5pm to sign for the delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number.
What warranty do Fluid products carry?
Every Fluid ski carries a 2 year limited warranty, and our guarantee doesn't stop there. If you're not happy after your first ski, contact sales@fluidwaterskis.com and we'll make it right, either by changing you to a more suitable model or a full refund (conditions apply).
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns for items that are faulty, not as described, or where the incorrect item was shipped. Return within 14 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. If an item doesn't fit, it can be exchanged or refunded in the condition you received it (return shipping at buyer's cost). Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Are custom builds returnable?
Custom builds from the Build Your Ski configurator are made to order and are not returnable. Check your sizing before ordering. The size guides above and our team can help you get it right first time.
